Servicing and repairs
Routine maintenance is inevitably required, whether it is miles related to heavy touring, sat in storage or just annual because of occasional use. Either of which we can cover with our service schedules along with any repairs needed that you may request.
With regular routine maintenance and visual check overs we will ensure your car remains in a reliable running condition.
It is not always necessary to fully restore a car; recommissioning, general repairs and unit overhauls will make good improvements.
Manual Machining
With an in-house machine shop we have the ability to control the machining of any parts that might need producing or just skimming to set up end floats which is a big part of vintage car works.
Specialist CNC Machining
We can offer CNC machining from 3D designing a new part, reverse engineering or from a drawing. We also understand the need to discuss requirements and are always here to spend time going though what you want.
Something about me
I have been very fortunate to have worked on some exciting projects previous to JSN Vintage cars such as recommissioning the Brooklands Sopworth Camel with Andrew Wood and ground running a Rolls Royce Merlin engine.
